There are two ways you can add custom screenshots to the DVDs:
- 1. Uploading through the admin:
- a. Scan NEW DVDs with all options as follows:
Non watermarked generation during the scan :
Formats - None
Previews - None
Trailers - None
Watermarked generation during the scan:
Formats - None
Previews - None
Trailers - None
Thumbnails generation during the scan :
boxcovers - None
screenshots - Only New
thumbnails - Only New
* Remember that you can set the settings to generate Timeline screenshots in Content Settings -> Video -> Generation Properties
You can set creation interval and start time. So if you need, for example, 24 screenshots, knowing the length of specific seen you can easily calculate the creation interval.
Example:
Scene length = 20 minutes;
Number of Timeline Screenshots required = 24
Creation interval = ((Scene Length * 60 seconds)-start time)/24 = ((20 * 60)-0)/24 = 50 seconds creation interval if a start time equals 0
b. Open the DVD
c. Open the Scene
d. Upload the screenshots 1 by 1 or in bulk using the upload field

2. Manual FTP upload:

a. Rename all your baseline screenshots for a scene using the format sc_baseline_N.jpg
where 'N' is the number of the screenshot (usually from 1 to 8), and from 1 to 5 in your case.
b. Rename all your timeline screenshots for a scene using the format sc_timeline_N.jpg where 'N' is the number of the screenshot.
c. Upload both to /CONTENT_FREE/Video/DVD_Name/Scene_Name
d. Open Incoming/System Content menu in admin and scan the DVD with the following options:
